The location is great, near SM Bicutan and the airport. The staff, especially Ate Hermie, were helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The amenities and design are impressive. Our unit had everything we needed - hairdryer, iron, AC, refrigerator, microwave. a wonderful experience.

They had available climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, loved that. There was a handy kitchenette, could cook my own meal. Ideal location next to public market and the mall and NEAR SM MALL. The stuff was amiable and great to chat with;)))

The unit was complete and very clean, with all the appliances working well. the owners were very accommodating and responded to our questions promptly. We were also pleased with the balcony, as it offered a nice view of the surroundings.

The walls in the unit were quite thin, and we were reprimanded for having a lively conversation because other guests from other rooms could hear us. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle due to the strict security measures in place.

We had a mixed experience at Azure Wavepool. the property itself was beautiful and well, maintained. the beach, like pool and wave pool were a unique feature, surrounded by elegant glass, skinned buildings that added to the ambiance. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a good layout. the location, near the airport, was convenient for our early flight, thanks to the adjacent skyway providing easy access to NAIA.

we were informed that our room was not ready and we would have to spend the first night in a different room before being moved to the one we had actually paid for.

Great beach view and wave pool: the view from the unit was amazing, overlooking the beach and offering a relaxing atmosphere. the wave pool was also a highlight, providing a fun and enjoyable experience. Convenient location: the hotel was conveniently located near a mall and the airport, making it easy to access amenities and transportation. - Clean and elegant unit: the unit itself was clean, elegant, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay during the city trip.

Lack of communication from the host: the host could improve their communication with clients by providing all the necessary details and being more responsive to inquiries. Management issues: There were some management issues that caused chaos and inconvenience.

There were some issues with the unit we stayed in. It was not as clean as we had hoped, with small cockroaches in the cabinets.
